I SUPPOSE I'M BACK!!!!

WELCOME BACK!

I'm actually going to blog everyday. I know I've said that before but I kinda mean it this time. So, welcome to the new WOOSH blog (in conjunction with the brand new website, www.jemthehaitian.com). Damn, you know a brother serious when there's a site involved in this new and improved blog situation of mine. Shit, I even redesigned the header pic to reflect such a move. My plan is to bring you something new every day so.... let's get to it, shall we? These are my thoughts, my words, my expressions, shared with you guys because you guys actually give a shit or are entertained enough to read them. Either way, IDGAF (shameless plug of my upcoming studio album). So sit back, and indulge in the mind of Haiti's very own menace, JEM.

I have quite a lot going on right now in my life. I am planning major shit. I signed a new deal (for an exclusive album to be released just for you guys this Spring [Hopefully, if I can meet these damn deadlines] with PQ Entertainment/Live Entertainment Group. Jus to hold you over, I will be releasing a FreEP (a free EP) entitled, "Love Addiction" on V-Day.

I'm also longer being managed by Mr Wizard Records & Management, although Wayne Horton is still my very good homie and I love him (pause) for everything he has done for me. We both decided it was time for me to spread my wings and fly solo.

EarthQuakes made some serious noise though and it garnered a shit-load of attention and placed some perspective in regards to the Haiti Relief efforts so it was a good win for everyone that was involved in its push.

After the wave, I locked myself in the studio and started making music based on a box full of beats the PQ Boyz (one of the best production teams in the US right now) sent me and crafted a little something I called, "I Be Doin Me." Shit, little did I know, that thing caught some wind and we are running with it.

I then managed to connect with my long time friend, @DonRube (click the name to follow him) and teamed up with his conglomerate aptly named POST UP. So now I got some juice (insert bishop).
