Middle Eastern Food

Hey,

I'm at work right? and I just had Middle Eastern food. They had a meeting and someone brought in mad plates of M.E. home cookin'. Ok. So I'm no stranger to food, right? I try it. They had lots of new shit that my wanderin' eyes haven't seen before. There was this white rice plate that was, well, different, which was ok to me. There was this green salad dish that looked like a gravy for the rice but it tasted like a liquidy salad that was chopped up into tiny tiny pieces. The cool part was that there was a regular salad mix plate though (which I guess counted as THE salad bowl?). Oh...There was this cream paste that also looked like a gravy or some sort of rice topping. There were lots of tasty pita bread pieces too (I guess one dips them into the creamy paste...at least that's what I did). Oh yeah. There was the kebobs. BOMB... Well, all in all, the only thing I can say is IDK. M.E. food is an acquired taste. The only thing out of all of it that carressed my taste buds was the grilled chicken kebob. That shit, once again, was BOMB. The rest of it? Well, like I said.....Acquired.
